sebelumnya peremuan di desa Pusuk Lestari sama sekali tidak pernah terlibat maupun dilibatkan dalam proses perencanaan pembangunan desa. Perubahan yang terjadi di desa Pusuk Lestari setelah adanya Kaukus Perempuan yang dibentuk Koslata dalam project Power Up.

Setelah kaukus Perempuan terbentuk barulah perwakilan perempuan yang berada di dusun-dusun pelosok desa Pusuk Lestari ini berkumpul bersama dalam satu wadah Kaukus, dan untuk pertama kalinya dalam sejarah desa kami perwakilan Disabilitas terlibat dan diberikan ruang untuk menyuarakan kebutuhannya agar bisa diakomodir pemerintah desa.

Dalam wadah kaukus ini kami mulai belajar untuk mengasah public speaking, kami tidak canggung lagi untuk menyampaikan dan menyuarakan pendapat dan kebutuhan kami dan kelompok disabilitas terutama dalam bidang Kesehatan dan ekonomi kreatif,wadah kaukus ini juga membuat kami dilibatkan di berbagai rapat yang ada di desa seperti Musdus, Musdes dan Musrenbangdes itu merupakan tahapan partisipasi dalam perencanaan desa,

Perubahan paling bermakna kami dipilih untuk masuk dalam tim 11 dan tim 9 untuk menysusun RPJMDesa dan menurut saya itu sangat berharga karena saya menjadi bisa mengetahui proses perencanaan di desa serta tata cara pengangggaran dana desa, tentunya itu merupakan hal yang berkesan karena memiliki kesempatan untuk bisa terlibat langsung dalam proses perencanaan penganggarann desa dan mengkawal program aspirasi yang telah kami susun saat lokakarya penyusunan program aspirasi.

Selain itu sekarang kami juga bisa mengakses dokumen APBDEs dan RPJMDes yang ada di desa Pusuk Lestari hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah desa Pusuk Lestari memiliki kepercayaan terhadap Kaukus Perempuan dan tentunya kerena pemerintah desa telah menyadari bahwa perempuan memang penting untuk dilibatkan dan diberi ruang dalam setiap kegiatan di desa hal ini terlihat ketika kaukus perempuan selalu mendapatkan undangan dalam kegiatan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan desa.telah mempercayai kami.

Proses perubahan yang dialami perempuan di desa kami terlihat sejak Power Up Hadir untuk meningkatkan partisipasi perempuan dan kelompok rentan tentunya dengan pelatihan pelatihan yang diberikan oleh Koslata melalui Fasilitator Desa kami, sebelum kaukus dibentuk bisa dikatakan kami tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk berbicara di depan orang,tidak memiliki pengetahuan tentang perencanaan penganggaran desa bahkan tidak pernah dilibatkan sama sekali oleh pemerintah desa, sekarang semua perwakilan perempuan dari berbagai unsur termasuk dari perwakilan disabilitas ikut berpartisipasi dan terlibat dalam kegiatan di desa, kami selalu mendapatkan undangan dalam setiap kegiatan desa dan terkadang masyarakat di dusun kami sering memanggil kami “ibu kaukus” tutur Zahra, Maya dan atun 3 perwakilan kaukus perempuan Pusuk Lestari.
